Following a fraternity fundraising effort, the University of Oklahoma Beta Alumni and Volunteer Corporation is planning to renovate the chapter house to meet the challenges that SigEp faces. The emphasis of the renovation will be on providing ample dining and living space and a more competitive physical structure for attracting quality young men. The AVC will address mandatory building and fire code requirements in all areas of the house and place special emphasis on practical and durable building materials, finishes, and fixtures that will provide a safe living and learning environment for many years.
